The B-G Quick Release Steering Wheel System is designed for fitment to most aftermarket steering wheels, including all of the MOMO range. Machined from high-quality aluminium and finished in satin black / polished aluminium, the system features a fail-safe push pin system to prevent premature unlocking, but allows rapid removal of the steering wheel when required.
The B-G system is particularly suited to cars where optimum steering wheel height leaves little clearance when driving, but also enables greater flexibility when prepping an alternative driving seat/steering wheel combination.

Steering Wheel Cancel Ring is a high-quality replacement part designed to replicate the original Porsche factory component in fit, function, and alignment. It is an integral part of the steering column assembly that works with the turn signal mechanism to automatically cancel the indicator after completing a turn.
Fits:
Porsche 911 1965 - 1973
Porsche 914 >>1971
Porsche 356B / 356C 1960 - 1965
Diagram ref no 16
The cancel ring interacts with the turn signal mechanism and steering column to automatically cancel an engaged turn signal once the steering wheel returns toward center. It helps ensure turn indicators do not remain active after completing a turn.
Function:
• Works with the turn signal system to cancel the indicator after a turn
• Engages with steering column and signal cam with precise alignment
• Helps maintain correct electrical contact within the steering shaft assembly
• OE match fit for easy, direct replacement
A worn or damaged cancel ring can lead to turn signals failing to cancel properly, distracting or confusing other drivers and reducing safety. Replacing it with a quality OE Match part restores proper steering column function and ensures consistent turn signal cancellation without sticking or missed engagement.
When to replace:
• Turn signals do not cancel after steering back to center
• Noticeable play or clicking in steering column cancel mechanism
• Cracked, worn, or missing teeth on original ring
• During steering column restoration or repair
• When reassembling turn signal components

Steering Wheel Column Contact Plate
Restore reliable horn operation and steering wheel
electrical contact with this OE Match Steering Wheel Column Contact Plate for
the Porsche 911 (1965-1973) and Porsche 914. Manufactured to closely match the
original factory specification, this ensures consistent electrical contact between the steering
column and steering wheel assembly.

An essential component during steering column refurbishment or classic Porsche restoration, this contact plate helps maintain dependable horn functionality while preserving the original fit and appearance.
What Does the Steering Wheel Column Contact Plate Do?
The steering wheel column contact plate forms part of the horn circuit within the steering column assembly.
Its functions include:
- Providing a continuous electrical connection between the steering column and steering wheel.
- Allowing the horn push to complete the electrical circuit when pressed.
- Maintaining reliable contact while the steering wheel rotates.
- Supporting consistent horn operation during everyday driving.
- Helping preserve the original functionality of the steering system.
Although simple in design, the contact plate is vital for dependable horn operation and safe vehicle use.
Why Does the Contact Plate Fail?
Over many years of service, the contact plate is exposed to constant movement and electrical load, leading to wear and deterioration.
Common causes of failure include:
- Wear of the electrical contact surface.
- Corrosion caused by moisture and age.
- Oxidation resulting in poor electrical conductivity.
- Damage during steering wheel removal or installation.
- Fatigue or distortion after decades of use.
- Dirt and grease contamination affecting electrical contact.
A worn contact plate often results in intermittent or complete loss of horn function.
When Should It Be Replaced?
Replacement is recommended if:
- The horn operates intermittently or not at all.
- Electrical contact is inconsistent while turning the steering wheel.
- The steering wheel or column is being restored.
- The original contact plate is worn, corroded or damaged.
- Replacing other steering column electrical components.
- Completing a concours-quality restoration.
Replacing the contact plate while the steering wheel is removed is a straightforward preventative maintenance upgrade that can eliminate future electrical issues.

Rennline MOMO to Nardi Hub Adapter
The Rennline MOMO to Nardi Hub Adapter provides a simple, high-quality solution for fitting a Nardi or Personal steering wheel to an existing MOMO, OMP or Sparco steering wheel hub. Instead of replacing your entire hub assembly, this precision-engineered adapter converts the mounting pattern quickly and easily, allowing you to enjoy the classic look and feel of a Nardi steering wheel while retaining your current hub.
Manufactured from high-strength 6061 aluminium, the adapter is CNC-machined to exact tolerances for a secure and accurate fit. Measuring 0.5" thick, it not only converts the bolt pattern from the standard 6 x 70mm MOMO, OMP and Sparco hub configuration to the 6 x 74mm Nardi and Personal pattern, but also positions the steering wheel 0.5" closer to the driver. This provides improved driving ergonomics and a more comfortable steering position, particularly in performance or motorsport applications.
Finished in a durable black anodised coating, the adapter offers excellent resistance against corrosion and wear while maintaining a clean, factory-quality appearance. An engraved Rennline logo completes the premium finish, making this an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking both functionality and style.
Whether you're restoring a classic Porsche, building a track-focused car or simply upgrading your interior, the Rennline MOMO to Nardi Hub Adapter offers an easy and cost-effective way to install your preferred steering wheel without compromising quality or fitment.
Why Choose the Rennline MOMO to Nardi Hub Adapter?
Replacing an entire steering wheel hub can be expensive and unnecessary. The Rennline adapter allows you to convert your existing MOMO, OMP or Sparco hub to accept a Nardi or Personal steering wheel, saving both time and money while maintaining a professional installation.

Tapered Socket. Universal.

Rennline has adapted Porsche Motorsports engineering with our own style and design to give you the highest quality quick release hub on the market. Unlike similar units on the market, this hub has a tapered asymmetrical socket that eliminates any chance of looseness as the hub breaks in. Rennline Quick Releases are equipped with spring loaded roll pins to allow for a seamless one hand removal which is vital in any emergency situation. All critical components are precision machined from anodized 7075 aircraft grade aluminum and designed to work with the standard 6 bolt pattern found on most Momo, OMP, and Sparco wheels.
