Manufactured from high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, each component is engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures, vibration and harsh environmental conditions experienced by the exhaust system. Ideal for replacing worn or corroded original hardware, this fitting kit helps ensure a professional-quality installation while reducing the risk of exhaust leaks and loose components.
What This Product Does:
- Provides the essential hardware required for exhaust system installation.
- Secures exhaust components together safely and correctly.
- Helps create leak-free exhaust connections.
- Replaces worn, corroded or seized original fixings.
- Supports correct exhaust alignment and fitment.
- Reduces exhaust vibration and movement.
- Helps simplify exhaust repair and replacement work.
- Forms an essential part of a complete exhaust system installation.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Exhaust gas leaks.
- Rattling or vibrating exhaust components.
- Loose exhaust system sections.
- Corroded or seized nuts and bolts.
- Broken clamps or mounting hardware.
- Exhaust blowing noises.
- Difficulty removing old exhaust components during servicing.
- Misaligned exhaust system.
- Increased vibration through the vehicle.
- Visible rust or deterioration of fixing hardware.
Why Replacement Matters:
- Exhaust fittings operate in one of the harshest environments on the vehicle, where they are exposed to extreme heat, moisture, road salt and constant vibration. Over time, nuts, bolts, clamps and other fixings can corrode, seize or lose their clamping force, making the exhaust system susceptible to leaks and movement.
- Reusing old or damaged hardware when fitting a replacement exhaust can result in poor sealing, premature component failure and increased installation time. Loose or leaking exhaust joints may lead to unwanted noise, reduced engine performance and potential exhaust gas leakage.
- Replacing the complete exhaust fitting hardware during installation ensures secure mounting, correct alignment and reliable sealing of the exhaust system. The OE Match Exhaust Fitting Kit provides factory-style fitment, durable corrosion-resistant components and dependable long-term performance, making it the ideal choice for exhaust repairs, upgrades and routine maintenance on your Porsche.
