The Fabspeed Porsche 991.2 Carrera Valved Center Muffler Bypass X-Pipe is a performance exhaust upgrade developed specifically for 2017–2019 Porsche 991.2 Carrera 3.0L twin-turbo models originally equipped without Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE).

The system replaces the large factory centre muffler section with a freer-flowing valved X-pipe arrangement, giving non-PSE cars the ability to switch between a more restrained exhaust character and a significantly more aggressive sports-car sound.
Manufactured from polished T304L stainless steel, the system uses premium UK-manufactured Helical vacuum-actuated exhaust valves and includes Fabspeed Deluxe Dual Style exhaust tips in a choice of finishes.

For a mechanically healthy vehicle, this product is primarily a sound, performance and weight-reduction upgrade, rather than a maintenance replacement.
What This Product Does:
The factory centre muffler reduces exhaust noise and provides the refinement expected from a standard road car.
The Fabspeed Valved Center Muffler Bypass replaces this restrictive centre section with a freer-flowing X-pipe and controllable exhaust valves.

Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
The factory muffler is exposed to substantial heat, moisture, vibration and repeated temperature changes.
