The Fabspeed Porsche 964 Carrera RSR Header Muffler Kit is a comprehensive performance exhaust system designed to transform the exhaust flow, sound and character of the air-cooled Porsche 964.

Inspired by Porsche RSR motorsport exhaust architecture, the system replaces key restrictive factory exhaust components with equal-length RSR-style headers, high-velocity 3-into-1 merge collectors and a dual-outlet performance muffler system.
The result is a freer-flowing exhaust path designed to improve engine breathing, increase horsepower and torque potential, reduce weight and deliver a significantly louder and more aggressive air-cooled flat-six exhaust note.
What This Product Does:
The exhaust system has the important job of carrying combustion gases away from the engine while controlling exhaust flow, noise and, depending on the configuration, emissions.
On a performance engine, the design of the headers, collectors and mufflers can significantly influence how efficiently exhaust gases leave the cylinders.
The Fabspeed RSR Header Muffler Kit replaces several major factory exhaust components with a performance-oriented system designed to:

This exhaust system can be fitted on every 4.0ltr model produced from March 2020. In March a new fixing system based on silent block has been introduced
SOUND STRAIGHT PIPE
The straight pipe version guarantees a direct path from the engine, removing all factors which may affect the acoustic tuning.
EXHAUST VALVE PNEUMATIC
The exhaust system is complete with pneumatic valve to replace the standard pneumatic valve installed on the car. Control of the original valve is still provided.
END TIPS DESIGN OE
The muffler must be used in conjunction with the original exhaust end tips.
