Steering rack inner & our tie rods kit

This kit provides replacement inner and outer steering tie rods for both sides of the vehicle, together with protective rack bellows. The inner tie rods connect directly to the steering rack, while the outer tie rods and ball joints transfer steering movement to the wheel carriers. The rack bellows protect the inner steering joints and steering rack from dirt, moisture and road contamination.
Complete kit for both sides, includes OE Match tie rods with nuts and TRW rack bellows with clamps

What this kit does
Renewing the complete steering linkage helps restore precise steering response and correct front wheel geometry where existing components have developed wear or excessive play. Replacing the inner and outer tie rods together also provides an opportunity to renew the steering rack bellows, helping protect the new components and steering rack from contamination.

Why Replace the Steering Components?
Inner and outer tie rods are exposed to continual steering movement, suspension loads, vibration and road impacts. Their joints can gradually develop wear and play, affecting steering accuracy and wheel alignment. Steering rack bellows can also split, crack or deteriorate with age, allowing water and contamination to reach the inner joints and steering rack.
Common symptoms can include:
• Loose or vague steering
• Knocking or clunking from the front axle
• Excessive play in the steering linkage
• Uneven or accelerated tyre wear
• Difficulty maintaining wheel alignment
• Damaged or split steering rack bellows
• Play detected during servicing or inspection
