这些衬套通常用橡胶衬套安装在车辆底盘上，确保防倾杆按预期工作。为了防止防倾杆在转弯时在其支架内横向移动，OE 制造商要么将衬套粘合到防倾杆上，要么在防倾杆本身上添加死止动装置，要么仅依靠橡胶的夹紧压力。
