The Porsche 992.2 Carrera 2 GTS marks a new era for the GTS badge. Introduced in 2024, it swaps the previous 3.0-litre engine for a new 3.6-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six paired with Porsche’s advanced T-Hybrid system. This integrates an electric motor into the PDK transmission and an electrically driven turbocharger to deliver seamless torque, instant response, and reduced turbo lag.
With a combined output of 541 PS (534 bhp) and 610 Nm of torque, the Carrera GTS achieves 0–100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 312 km/h. Chassis refinements, upgraded brakes, and aerodynamic tweaks bring it closer than ever to Turbo-level performance, while still retaining the rear-drive agility and daily usability that GTS models are known for.
Visually, the 992.2 Carrera GTS maintains the timeless 911 silhouette but introduces modern detailing, hybrid-specific technology, and an interior with digital instrumentation and enhanced driver assistance. This is a 911 that blends classic driving feel with Porsche’s latest hybrid innovation, making it one of the most advanced GTS models ever built.
