This innovation marks a transition from the typical accelerator cable-based throttle to an electronic "drive by wire" throttle body. This advanced change streamlines the intake system by eliminating unnecessary components, resulting in a cleaner engine bay appearance.
This modification offers a more drivable setup for highly tuned engines while incorporating the precision of a drive by wire (DBW) throttle.
This enhanced drivability is a key feature for a tuned aircooled engine and allows for smooth idle control with a cold as well as a hot engine. It simply makes the engine feel more modern as compared to the old ITB (individual throttle bodies) setups lacking in mid range torque and difficulties with the idle control.

Kit Includes
Complete intake with all the parts seen in the image manufactured from modified PA12 using an industrial process. This intake plenum has been optimized to fit on a Porsche 964 or Porsche 993 and includes all vacuum ports for both brake vacuum and to maneuver the resonance flap.
