These are high quality self-adhesive vinyl labels, fully laminated to withstand daily use, cleaning and mild solvents. The white logo print is translucent, so the push button backlight is visible through the logo, just as the original.

Electric Air Conditioning for Porsche 964 and 993 (two condensers)
The Electrocooler electric air conditioning system for Porsche 964/993 is an update to the original factory A/C system using an electric compressor pump.
• Fits vehicles with or without factory AC
The 964/993 blower unit and fans are retained but everything else is replaced.
All parts are provided except for the factory evaporator, which is available from Porsche
• All Electric. All modern components
• Weighs around 22 lbs (10 kg)
• Fits in front of vehicle
• Lightweight narrow hose set weighing under 4lbs (1.5kg)
• Easy Install. Bolt-in installation
• Clutter Free. Uses the standard fresh air vents to deliver cool air
• Simple to Use. Control by a single 'smart button' or original CCU
• Energy Efficient. Uses less than 1 HP of engine power
• Fits all models of 964 / 993 including RS

Most Porsche 964 and 993 owners now see the end of their CCU fan service life, causing a noticeable whirr or buzzing sound behind the dashboard. The fan will eventually stop, causing problems with temperature regulation. This small fan is imperative for correct control of the cabin temperature, and a non-op fan will make your cabin temperature slowly decrease during driving. This fan costs USD120 when changed in conjunction with our CCU repair services.
You'll need a set of CCU removal tools to change the fan.
Replaces Porsche part# 96465914800 or 96465914802

Low weight: 18g (original fan over 100g)
Very low current consumption: 50mA, (original fan over 150mA)
Brushless motor with hydraulic bearings
5 years warranty, expected service life: 10+ years
Please be aware that the Climate Control Unit will indicate an OBD Interior Sensor fan fault code due to the much lower current consumption of this fan. This fault code can be ignored and does not affect the operation of the unit nor the fan.
