What This Product Does:
- Replaces worn or heat-damaged rear rotor(s)
- Provides fresh rear brake pads, restoring proper friction and braking bite
- Ensures the wear sensor gives accurate dashboard warnings
- Reduces brake noise, squeal, vibration, and rear-end judder
- Improves stopping distance and braking stability
- Restores smooth, balanced braking performance on classic Porsche rear axles
- Ensures correct pad-to-rotor contact and even wear
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Squealing, squeaking, or grinding from the rear
- Brake pedal vibration, pulsation, or rear-end judder
- Longer stopping distances
- Brake warning light triggered by worn pads or a failed sensor
- Visible rotor damage: grooves, scoring, heat spots, blueing, or cracks
- Excessive rear brake dust or uneven pad wear
- Soft or inconsistent brake pedal feel
- Rear of the car feeling unstable during braking
Why Replacement Matters:
- Rear brakes contribute significantly to stability, especially in rear-engined Porsche models. Fresh components ensure balanced, controlled braking.
- New rotors paired with new pads return braking response, smoothness, and pedal feel to factory levels.
- Worn pads damage rotors; damaged or warped rotors destroy new pads. Replacing everything at once prevents escalating repair costs.
- New discs and pads remove brake squeal and rear-axle vibration, improving comfort and confidence.
- A fresh sensor ensures the dashboard warning system provides correct pad-life alerts.
- Replacing discs, pads, and sensors together reduces labour and ensures even brake wear across both sides.
