What This Product Does:
- Replaces worn or aged front brake rotors, restoring a true, even braking surface
- Installs fresh front brake pads for improved stopping power and consistent bite
- Replaces wear sensors and pad hardware for correct installation and monitoring
- Reduces or eliminates brake noise, vibration, and pedal pulsation
- Restores safe, confident braking performance appropriate for classic 911 models
- Ensures the front braking system operates smoothly, reliably, and as designed
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Squealing or screeching noises during braking
- Grinding sounds (pads worn to metal / rotor damage)
- Brake pedal vibration or steering-wheel shake (warped rotors)
- Longer stopping distances or weak braking response
- Brake warning light due to worn pads or failed sensor
- Soft or inconsistent pedal feel
- Visible rotor damage: grooves, heat spots, cracks, blueing
- Pulling to one side when braking
- Excessive brake dust or uneven pad wear
Why Replacement Matters:
- Front brakes provide most of the stopping power. New rotors and pads restore safe, predictable braking.
- Fresh rotors and pads return the vehicle’s braking to original Porsche standards — crisp bite, smooth pedal, strong friction.
- On older Porsche models, worn pads can easily damage expensive rotors, and warped rotors quickly destroy new pads.
- New rotors and pads reduce squealing, shaking, and brake judder common in older brake systems.
- Replacing wear sensors ensures the car alerts you correctly when pads wear down.
- Doing pads, rotors, and hardware together avoids repeated labour and ensures even wear across the axle.
- Proper brake maintenance is critical for preserving the value and drivability of classic Porsche 911 models.
