TTE1200 VTG upgrade turbocharger for Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS
Welcome to our TTE1200VTG Upgrade turbocharger stage for Porsche 911 GT2 RS 3.8L 700PS flat-6. To construct a pair of TTE1200 VTG we change the original compressor and employ a far larger and more efficient billet wheel and mill the compressor cover to optimum gap to match the new compressor profile.
Equilibrium:
Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with serial numbered balance test result document.
TTE1200 VTG can be fitted to Any 3.8 but you would need GT2 RS Exhaust Manifolds as turbo flange different, also oil, water lines, charge pipes and intakes
• Original BWTS turbocharger as the base part
• TTE Billet Milled compressor 7+7 BLADE
• TTE High-Flow 9 blade Turbine
• 1200 PS Capable
• Plug and Play installation for GT2RS (larger turbo intakes needed)
• Proven TheTurboEngineers quality
• Single parts finely balanced then components assembled and core high-speed VSR balanced
• Supplied with a balance test result document
• Made in Germany

High-Performance intercooler system.
Fits:
Porsche 911 (992) Carrera 3.0L Turbo – Base / S / 4 / 4S / GTS 2019>>
OEM Part Numbers: Porsche: 992145805D / 992145805F
CSF's strategic partnership with PWR brings F1 cooling design and technology to the high-performance aftermarket. These intercoolers help to keep charge temperatures consistently lower than the factory intercooler. This is because your factory intercooler was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory intercooler will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your intercooler goes through its life the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally which results in a reduction in its performance.
Over time the factory plastic end-tanks which are crimped onto the factory core can leak, losing precious boost pressure resulting in a significant lack of performance and risk to the engine.
However, not all intercoolers are made equal.
CSF CORE DESIGN - ROLLED TUBE
The CSF intercooler for PORSCHE 992 Carrera / S / 4 / 4S / GTS is a larger, more efficient intercooler for significantly improved cooling power.
PWRs rolled tube cores are optimised in PWRs in-house wind tunnel, through this process PWR select the optimum stack height and multi-louvred fin design for both the ambient and pressure sides for optimum balance between cooling power, pressure drop and airflow to the radiators behind the intercooler.
FEATURES
• Eliminates Heat Soak and Lower Intake Air Temperatures (IAT) for Maximum Performance in High-Performance and Race Conditions – Especially Critical Due to Intercooler Placement in Engine Compartment
• Formula-1 Performance Grade Cores by PWR (2-Row Cores features Rolled Tubes w/ Inner Fins)
• CNC Machined Billet End Tanks
• Highly Engineered, Lightweight Design – Weighing Only 17 lbs.
• 100% TIG Welded vs OEM Crimped Plastic End Tanks for Maximum Strength & Durability
• Made in the USA at PWR North America
• OEM Style Inlet/Outlet Connections for Precise Fitment With All OEM Components
• True Plug-and-Play "Drop-in Fit" Installation Requires Absolutely No Modifications
• R&D and Performance Testing by Industry-Leading Porsche Tuning Companies – M-Engineering & World Motorsports
