This gasket helps maintain consistent air charge delivery to each cylinder, supports stable combustion, and prevents vacuum leaks.
The intake manifold gasket operates in a harsh engine environment - exposed to heat cycles, vibration, and pressure changes. Over time, the original gasket material can harden, shrink, or deteriorate, leading to:
• Vacuum leaks and unmetered air entering the engine
