It fits between the timing chain tensioner bracket and guide arm support, maintaining correct alignment and spacing in the factory timing drive geometry.

• Position on Vehicle: Inside the front timing cover area – installed in the chain/guide/tensioner zone of the flat-six engine.
• Function: Ensures precise spacing in the timing chain tensioner assembly, guaranteeing correct chain tension, optimal performance and minimal noise.
