Body and Metalwork Sound Proofing Sheet by OE Match for Porsche body and metal panel applications. The flexible, self-adhesive sheet measures 50 x 50cm and is 2mm thick.
Suitable for complex panel shapes where flexible damping material is required
What This Product Does
This lightweight multilayer sheet is designed to damp vibration and reduce noise transmitted through bodywork and metal panels. Its flexible construction allows it to follow shaped surfaces while adding minimal thickness.
Functions
- Damps vibration through metal body panels
- Helps reduce transmitted panel and road noise
- Conforms to complex surfaces
- Provides straightforward installation through its self-adhesive layer
Technical Details
- Brand: OE Match
- Quantity: one sheet
- Sheet dimensions: 50 x 50cm
- Thickness: 2mm
- Construction: butyl rubber-based polymer layer with an aluminium foil outer surface
Why Replacement Matters
Sound-deadening material may be renewed when original insulation has deteriorated, become detached or been removed during bodywork and restoration. Applying fresh damping material can help control panel resonance and restore acoustic insulation in the treated area.
