This system pairs SOUL Valved Exhaust with Long Tube Street Headers, delivering noticeable power gains, sharper throttle response, and a soundtrack that adapts to your driving mood—all without triggering a check engine light. With valves closed, the system offers a smooth, drone-free tone ideal for daily driving. Open the valves, and the flat-six unleashes its full roar through a straight-through flow path, exiting via exhaust tips in the style and finish of your choice. Built around large-diameter runners and high-flow catalytic converters, the headers maximize flow while enhancing that signature Porsche sound. DEVELOPMENT:
For the 981 platform, we engineered a system with properly sized 2” runners and optimized collectors to unlock maximum power from the 3.4L engine, while still delivering impressive gains on the 2.7L. We selected high-flow catalytic converters sized for both performance and durability—avoiding the compromises of smaller, cheaper alternatives. The result is a superior exhaust that delivers a broad spectrum of sound: valves open reveal a CUP car–inspired roar, while valves closed provide a refined, drone-free tone. Thanks to SOUL mufflers, even with aftermarket headers the exhaust remains composed and reserved when the valves are shut.
CONSTRUCTION:
Our headers are precision-engineered and crafted from T304L stainless steel for strength and performance. Featuring port-matched flanges, smooth-radius primary tubing, and optimized collectors, they deliver maximum exhaust flow and power gains. Each system is mandrel-bent, fitted with reinforced muffler casings for durability, and rigorously quality-checked before shipping to ensure the highest standards.
TIPS:
Choose from several different tip styles and finishes – from single wall 321 stainless tips to double wall chrome tips. Logo customization and custom tip colours are available by request. Titanium single wall tips are also available and save nearly a pound of weight over stainless steel tips!
BOLT ON AND GO:
Each exhaust is rigorously quality-checked, tested in a fixture to guarantee fitment, and then foam packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Thorough installation instructions are included in the box for a straightforward install that can be performed by most DIY enthusiasts.
