What This Product Does:
- Replaces worn or heat-affected front brake discs/rotors with new units which restore a correct braking surface, proper thickness, and reliable contact for the brake pads.
- Installs new front brake pads providing full thickness friction material for improved bite, consistent performance, and renewed braking power.
- Replaces the brake pad wear sensor so the onboard brake-pad wear monitoring system functions correctly, alerting you when the pads reach end of life.
- Improves overall braking performance: smoother engagement, reduced noise, less vibration, and improved pedal feel.
- Restores correct braking balance and stopping power for the front axle, which in most vehicles does the majority of the braking load.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Squealing or screeching noises when braking (often caused by worn pads or worn pad-to-rotor surfaces)
- Grinding or scraping noises (pads worn to backing plate or rotor damage)
- Pedal pulsation or steering-wheel vibration under braking (often due to warped or uneven rotors)
- Longer stopping distances or felt reduction in braking power or initial bite
- Soft or spongy brake pedal especially after repeated heavy braking or when hot
- Brake warning light triggered by pad wear sensor indicating pads are very thin or sensor is damaged
- Visible rotor issues: deep grooves, heat spots, blueing, excessive lip at edge of rotor, or rotor thickness below spec
- Vehicle pulls to one side when braking (indicating uneven pad/rotor wear or caliper/slide issue)
- Excessive brake dust or uneven pad wear on front wheels
- The front brakes deliver most of the stopping force. Worn pads/rotors or a failed wear sensor reduce your ability to stop effectively, compromising safety.
- New rotors and pads mean correct pad-to-rotor contact, effective friction, crisp pedal feel, and restored stopping power.

- Accessing front brakes is labour-intensive (removing wheels, calipers, rotors). Doing pads, rotors, and sensors together means you only pay labour once and ensure all components have matched wear.
