Information
Scuttle panel rubber 6.5mm
A 6.5 mm-wide rubber sealing strip that fits between the front wing/fender and the windscreen cowl panel. It replicates the factory “beading” profile to close the gap, keep water/debris out, and finish the edge cleanly.
Sold each, Fits Left or Right side
Fits:
Porsche 911 1984 - 1989
Porsche 964 1989 - 1994
Diagram Ref no. 5
Function: Seals and visually finishes the fender-to-cowl joint, reducing water ingress, preventing dirt accumulation and paint chafing, and maintaining OEM panel gaps/appearance.
Why & when to replace:
• Old beading shrinks, hardens, or cracks - gaps, squeaks, or paint rub.
• Whenever fenders are removed/refitted (paint or rust repair), or when refreshing exterior trims for a factory look.
