Another offers shiny aftermarket parts for the internal hydraulic mechanism made from stainless instead of brass. They do not even attempt to call it a permanent solution, claiming it is "easy" to change out cheap internal o-rings to refill and bleed the mechanism when it fails again… Who wants to go through that EVER let alone more than once? PT1100 has very good adhesion to a large number of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability and very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Due to the unique viscoelastic property of the PT1100, stresses in the adhesive seam are excellently reduced, resulting in extremely durable connections.
