- By replacing a flexible rubber insert with a solid or high-density material, this bushing significantly reduces unwanted deflection or compliance at the control arm pivot.
- With less pivot movement, suspension geometry (such as camber and toe) is held more consistently under cornering, braking, or load. That means better steering responsiveness and reduced unwanted change in alignment when the car is pushed.
- The result is a sharper, more precise front end feel, better turn-in, improved handling stability, and the ability to extract more from your tyres and suspension setup.
- Vague or soft steering feel — the front end may not seem as sharp as it used to be.
- Alignment shifting under load — camber or toe might move when cornering or braking.
- Uneven or accelerated tyre wear (especially inner/outer edges) due to geometry changes.
