Manufactured from high-strength steel with a durable corrosion-resistant black coating, the arm is engineered to withstand continuous use, harsh weather conditions and prolonged exposure to moisture, UV rays and road contaminants. Precision-manufactured for direct OE-style fitment, it offers dependable performance and is an ideal replacement for bent, worn or corroded original wiper arms.
What This Product Does:
- Supports and secures the front windscreen wiper blade.
- Maintains the correct contact pressure against the windscreen.
- Ensures smooth, consistent and streak-free wiping performance.
- Provides even blade movement across the glass.
- Effectively removes rain, dirt and road spray.
- Restores the original appearance of the wiper system.
- Improves visibility in adverse weather conditions.
- Forms an essential part of the windscreen wiping system.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Streaking or incomplete windscreen wiping.
- Wiper blade lifting away from the windscreen.
- Bent or distorted wiper arm.
- Loose fitment on the wiper spindle.
- Weak spring tension reducing blade contact.
- Chattering or skipping during operation.
- Corrosion or deterioration of the black finish.
- Worn or damaged mounting splines.
- Excessive movement during wiping.
- Poor overall appearance of the wiper assembly.
Why Replacement Matters:
- The front wiper arm is exposed to continuous operation and harsh environmental conditions, including rain, UV exposure, road salt and fluctuating temperatures. Over time, corrosion, weakened spring tension or accidental damage can reduce its ability to maintain the correct pressure against the windscreen.
- A damaged or worn wiper arm can lead to poor visibility during wet weather, uneven wiping and accelerated wear of the wiper blade. If left unresolved, it can compromise the effectiveness of the windscreen wiping system and reduce driving safety.
- Replacing a worn or damaged front wiper arm restores proper blade pressure, improves wiping efficiency and refreshes the appearance of the vehicle. The OE Match replacement provides factory-style fitment, durable corrosion-resistant construction and long-lasting reliability, helping maintain the safety, functionality and classic styling expected from your Porsche.

What This Part Does / Functions
• Cushions and supports the front wiper arm shaft / spindle
• Helps locate the wiper arm assembly correctly
• Reduces vibration and movement in the wiper mechanism
• Supports smooth and stable windscreen wiper operation

Common Symptoms of a Worn Wiper Arm Bush
• Loose or wobbly front wiper arm assembly
• Excess movement at the wiper shaft / spindle
• Rattling or vibration during wiper operation
• Poor or uneven wiper sweep
• Water ingress or looseness around the wiper spindle area
• Cracked, hardened or perished rubber
• Missing bush after previous wiper linkage work
• Wiper arm not seating correctly at the mounting point.
When to Replace This Part
• When rebuilding the front wiper arm or linkage assembly
• If the original bush is cracked, hardened, perished or missing
• If the wiper arm shaft has excessive play
• During windscreen wiper system restoration
• When replacing wiper arms, linkage parts or spindle hardware
• If wiper operation is noisy, loose or unstable
• During classic Porsche bodywork or scuttle area restoration.
Where It Fits on the Car
This rubber bush fits in the front windscreen wiper arm / wiper shaft assembly.
