Information
Injector for AdBlue
This OE Match AdBlue injector is a replacement dosing injector used in the SCR emissions system on Porsche 95B Macan Diesel models. It injects AdBlue / diesel exhaust fluid into the exhaust stream to help reduce harmful nitrogen oxide emissions.
Fits:
Porsche 95B Macan S Diesel 3.0L V6 2014 - 2018
Diagram ref no 10
The AdBlue injector sprays a controlled amount of AdBlue into the exhaust system before the SCR catalyst. The fluid reacts with exhaust gases inside the catalyst to convert nitrogen oxides into less harmful nitrogen and water vapour. Correct injector operation is essential for emissions control, engine management performance, and avoiding AdBlue system fault warnings.
Functions
• Injects AdBlue / diesel exhaust fluid into the exhaust system
• Supports SCR catalyst operation
• Helps reduce NOx emissions
• Provides accurate dosing controlled by the engine management system
• Helps maintain correct emissions system performance
• Prevents AdBlue crystallisation issues caused by faulty spray pattern
• OE Match replacement for a failed or blocked original injector
Why Replace This Part?
AdBlue injectors can become blocked, crystallised, contaminated, electrically faulty, or damaged by exhaust heat and age. A failing injector may cause emissions warning lights, AdBlue system faults, poor dosing, failed emissions tests, or limp mode. Replacing the injector helps restore correct SCR operation and keeps the diesel emissions system functioning as intended.
When to replace :
• AdBlue or SCR system warning light is displayed
• Diagnostic fault codes indicate a dosing injector fault
• The injector is blocked, leaking, crystallised, or contaminated
• AdBlue is not being dosed correctly into the exhaust
• The vehicle fails an emissions test due to NOx control issues
• There is crystallised AdBlue residue around the injector or exhaust connection
• The exhaust/SCR system has been serviced or repaired
Where it fits on the car
This injector fits in the exhaust emissions system on Porsche 95B Macan Diesel models. It is installed in the exhaust pipe/SCR dosing position before the SCR catalyst, where it sprays AdBlue into the exhaust stream.
