Over time, the original shift boot can become worn, faded, stained or stretched through years of daily use. Replacing this often-overlooked component instantly revitalises the centre console, giving your interior a cleaner, more modern appearance without altering the factory design.
Designed for seamless compatibility with the original factory shift knob or Rennline performance shift knobs, this shift boot provides the perfect OEM+ finishing touch for owners looking to restore or personalise their Porsche interior.
What Does a Shift Boot Do?
The shift boot serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose within the vehicle's interior.
Its primary functions include:
Covering
the gear lever mechanism.
Protecting
the shifter assembly from dust and debris.
Providing
a clean, finished appearance around the gear lever.
Enhancing
interior refinement.
Complementing
other premium interior trim components.
A fresh, high-quality shift boot helps restore the appearance of the centre console while improving the overall look and feel of the cabin.
Why Upgrade to a Rennline Shift Boot?
The factory shift boot is one of the most heavily handled interior components and often shows visible signs of ageing long before other trim pieces.
