Intake manifold gasket 2.0/2.2 carburettor/injection/2.4 K-Jet
The intake manifold gasket forms a critical seal between the intake manifold and the engine’s cylinder head. Its job is to prevent air, fuel vapor, and combustion gases from leaking out where the manifold joins the engine. A good gasket ensures that the engine receives properly metered air and fuel, improving performance and efficiency.
Sold each, 6 required per vehicle.

Without an effective gasket at the intake manifold, unmetered air can enter the engine or metered air can escape - leading to rough idling, poor fuel economy, and potential misfires. This gasket helps maintain consistent air charge delivery to each cylinder, supports stable combustion, and prevents vacuum leaks.
The intake manifold gasket operates in a harsh engine environment - exposed to heat cycles, vibration, and pressure changes. Over time, the original gasket material can harden, shrink, or deteriorate, leading to:
• Vacuum leaks and unmetered air entering the engine
• Poor idling or rough engine performance
• Decreased fuel efficiency
• Engine hesitation or misfire.
Replacing it with a fresh gasket restores proper engine breathing and helps maintain smooth performance and reliability.
