• Long - 95142407202 - Longer length - Outer section or longer run of the cable, especially to reach from lever to other components

The handbrake cable connects the lever your hand pulls to the mechanism in the rear brakes. When you pull the lever, force is transferred via this cable to the brake shoes or calipers to lock the rear wheels. They must maintain tension, flex properly, and resist abrasion, corrosion, and stretching to work reliably.
