This Porsche Genuine OE Front Windscreen Wiper Blade Set (Part No. 9J1955425EY) is an original factory front wiper blade kit designed specifically for right-hand-drive (RHD) Porsche Taycan 9J1 and 9J1.2 models from 2020 onwards.
Supplied as a complete pair (for Driver and passenger side).
Fits:
For right-hand-drive (RHD) cars (Option code: L0R)
Porsche 9J1.1 Taycan 2020 - 2024
Porsche 9J1.2 Taycan 2024>>
Diagram Ref No 7
The wiper blade set clears rain, dirt, road spray, and debris from the windscreen to maintain maximum visibility in all weather conditions.
Designed specifically for the Taycan windscreen profile and aerodynamic characteristics, the blades ensure smooth, streak-free wiping performance while minimising wind lift and operating noise at higher speeds.
Functions & Technical Role
• Windscreen cleaning: Maintains clear driver visibility in wet conditions
• Aerodynamic design: Optimised for high-speed stability and even pressure distribution
• Quiet operation: Minimises vibration, chatter, and wiping noise
• OE fitment: Designed specifically for Porsche Taycan windscreen geometry
• Complete set: Supplied as a matched left and right blade pair
Cross Reference / Superseded Numbers: 9J1955425AY, 9J1955425CY → superseded by 9J1955425EY
Fitment / Position on car
• Fitting position: Front windscreen
• Location: Driver and passenger side wiper arms
• System: Windscreen wiping and washer system
Wiper blades are essential safety components that directly affect visibility in poor weather conditions. Over time, exposure to UV, dirt, and temperature changes causes the rubber edges to harden and wear, reducing wiping performance.
When to replace
• Streaking or smearing on the windscreen
• Juddering or noisy wiping operation
• Split or hardened rubber edges
• Reduced visibility in rain
• Regular maintenance interval replacement
