Exhaust manifold fitting kit. Kit contains all gaskets,
Titanium nuts and bolts required at fitting exhaust headers.
Fitting titanium nuts and bolts to a Porsche exhaust system instead of the standard steel ones (which are prone to rusting) offers several clear advantages, especially in a high-heat, corrosive environment like the exhaust area.

Advantages of Titanium over Steel for Exhaust Fasteners
• Corrosion Resistance, Titanium does not rust like steel, even when exposed to road salt, water, or exhaust gases.
• This makes it ideal for exhaust systems, where steel fixings often seize or corrode, making future removal difficult.
• Lightweight. Titanium is around 40–45% lighter than steel. On a Porsche, reducing unsprung or rear-end weight helps with performance, balance, and handling.
• High Strength-to-Weight Ratio, Titanium fasteners offer excellent tensile strength while being much lighter.
• This allows them to handle exhaust vibrations and thermal expansion without stretching or breaking.
• Heat Resistance, Titanium maintains its strength at much higher temperatures compared to standard steel.
• Exhaust areas can easily see 600–900°C, and titanium is much less likely to weaken under those conditions.
• No Seizing or Galling from Rust, Standard steel exhaust nuts often seize and require cutting or drilling during maintenance.
