This OE Match component is ideal for routine maintenance, engine repairs, cylinder head refurbishment, engine rebuilds, and Porsche restoration projects.
What This Product Does:
- Supports and accurately guides the exhaust valve within the cylinder head.
- Maintains correct valve alignment throughout operation.
- Promotes proper valve seating for effective cylinder sealing.
- Assists with heat transfer from the exhaust valve to the cylinder head.
- Reduces wear on the valve stem and valve seat.
- Restores original valve train geometry during engine rebuilds.
- Provides an OE-style fit and dependable quality.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Excessive engine oil consumption.
- Blue exhaust smoke caused by oil entering the combustion chamber.
- Reduced engine compression.
- Excessive valve stem movement.
- Accelerated valve stem or valve seat wear.
- Rough engine running or reduced performance.
- Excessive valve train noise.
- Worn or oversized valve guide bore.
Why Replacement Matters:
- The exhaust valve guide plays a vital role in maintaining correct valve alignment, supporting smooth valve movement, and transferring heat away from the exhaust valve. A worn valve guide can allow excessive valve movement, resulting in poor sealing, increased oil consumption, reduced compression, and premature wear of other valve train components.
- Replacing the exhaust valve guide restores accurate valve operation, improves combustion efficiency, and helps extend the service life of the engine during rebuilds or cylinder head refurbishment. Manufactured as a direct replacement and produced to OE-style specifications, this OE Match exhaust valve guide provides the correct fit, dependable quality, and long-lasting durability, making it an excellent choice for Porsche maintenance, repairs, engine rebuilds, and restoration projects.

What This Product Does:
- Controls the release of exhaust gases from the combustion chamber.
- Maintains correct cylinder sealing during the combustion cycle.
- Supports efficient engine performance and combustion.
- Helps maintain correct compression and valve timing.
- Restores proper exhaust gas flow.
- Replaces worn, burnt, or damaged original exhaust valves.
- Provides an OE-style fit and dependable quality.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
- Loss of engine power.
- Reduced engine compression.
- Rough or uneven idle.
- Engine misfires.
- Excessive valve train noise.
- Burnt, pitted, or cracked valve faces.
- Increased exhaust emissions.
- Excessive heat damage or carbon build-up on the valve.
Why Replacement Matters:
- The exhaust valve plays a critical role in allowing spent combustion gases to exit the engine while maintaining an effective seal during compression and combustion. A worn, burnt, or damaged exhaust valve can reduce engine performance, lower compression, increase fuel consumption, and eventually cause serious engine damage if left unresolved.
- Replacing the exhaust valve restores efficient exhaust gas flow, reliable cylinder sealing, and smooth engine operation while helping to protect other valve train components from unnecessary wear. Manufactured as a direct replacement and produced to OE-style specifications, this OE Match engine cylinder head exhaust valve provides the correct fit, dependable quality, and long-lasting durability, making it an ideal choice for Porsche maintenance, engine rebuilds, repairs, and restoration projects.

What This Product Does
The intake valve controls the entry of the air and fuel mixture into the combustion chamber. When closed, it also contributes to the seal needed to maintain cylinder compression during the engine cycle.
Functions
- Controls intake flow into the combustion chamber
- Helps maintain cylinder sealing and compression
- Supports correct combustion and smooth engine operation
- Replaces a worn or damaged original intake valve
Technical Details
- Product type: engine inlet valve
- Valve dimensions: 10 mm x 130.6 mm
- Quantity required: four; supplied individually
Symptoms of Fault
- Low or uneven cylinder compression
- Rough idle or persistent misfiring
- Reduced engine power
- Pitting, burning or physical damage to the valve face
- Poor sealing identified during compression or leak-down testing
Why Replacement Matters
A worn, burnt or damaged intake valve may no longer seal correctly against its seat, allowing compression to escape and disrupting intake flow. Replacement is commonly carried out during cylinder-head refurbishment or an engine rebuild to restore correct valve operation. The valve seat, guide, spring and associated retaining components should also be inspected before assembly.
