- 60mm / 40mm air ducting (we recommend genuine Webasto aluminium/paper hose)

- Rubber grommets (for routing hoses and wiring)
- ‘Oetiker’ crimp pliers / pincers
- Replacement washer bottle but we do have a kit available for the Boxster/996 bottle.

- Side cutters
- Small selection of male and female spade terminals (6.8mm)
- Crimp tool for above
- Selection of cable ties ( 300mm) for general use
- Hose cutters
- Sharp knife (for cutting duct)

Important Installation Information
Although the physical installation can be completed by
competent enthusiasts, final commissioning should always be undertaken by a
qualified air conditioning engineer.
Professional installation is recommended for:
- Hose crimping
- Pressure testing
- Refrigerant filling Leak testing
- System commissioning
For safety and reliability reasons, refrigerant charging using consumer R134a refill cans is not recommended.
Additional Recommendations
Because the electric compressor requires a healthy
electrical supply, upgrading the original alternator is recommended for the
majority of installations.

The Electrocooler 'half system' allows existing AC cars to use our electric compressor and modern condenser with the existing evaporator blower mounted in the smuggler's box.
Fits Porsche 911 models 1965 to 1989 with factory/dealer fitted AC.
If your factory or dealer fitted evaporator / blower is in good condition but your compressor and hoses are tired, this is the kit for you. The kit contains compressor and mounts for fitment ahead of the fuel tank. The new condenser can be fitted in place of the washer bottle on 74 onwards cars. Early cars can mount the condenser in the rear wheel well. Complete new set of hoses and all wiring are included.
This is a 'half system' AC system to be used with the factory evaporator/blower.
