DesignTek Boxster Stage 2 Performance package.
Intoxicating growl at idle, partial throttle and wide open throttle. High Grade stainless steel exhaust system for Porsche Boxster 986 1998-2004. 14 - 16 gauge T304 stainless steel.
- + 18 crank hp & + 19 crank torque
- 200 Cell high flow, tri metal german HJS sport catalysts
- 2" tubing (50 mm) straight through design for max. power
- Weighs 57 lbs. (25,8 Kg)
- T 304 stainless steel for improved durability
- Dual 3.5" round tips
Includes:
1 x Sports muffler.
2 x Equal length headers.
2 x 200 cell sports cats.
For the ultimate performance gains we recommend this set is fitted with an ECU remap giving BHP and Torque that you can really feel and superb sports car sound. Please order extra gaskets, nuts, bolts and clamps if required.
NOTE: In the United Kingdom, sports catalytic converters and bypass pipes do not have type approval and are not legally permitted for use on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001. They are not MOT compliant and cannot be used on public roads. These components are intended solely for race and track use.
For vehicles manufactured before 1st March 2001, a non-type approved sports catalytic converter may be fitted, provided it offers comparable performance to the original and the vehicle continues to meet the applicable emissions standards for its age. The vehicle must still pass an MOT test.
If you are located outside the UK, please check your local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Fits: all Porsche 964 C2, C4, RS America, Euro RS and Speedster vehicles 1989-1994
964 RSR style headers equal length 1 piece C.N.C. mandrel bent primary tubes 26.5" with F1 NASCAR style high velocity merge collectors. MAXFLO headers also come with a dual inlet dual outlet muffler system. NOT available single outlet. System also comes with RSR muffler bypass pipes/ race straight pipe outlets so you can run open headers.
This system saves 43.1lbs/19.5kg from the rear of the vehicle with the heat option and saves 47.5lbs/21.6kg with the headers without heat.
This is with out a doubt the best high performance street, race, and DE exhaust systems that covers all bases for any 911, 964, and 993 cars.
100% T304 stainless steel that is ULTRA strong and Maxflo for maximum power and throttle response. Included are all brackets, hardware and everything for complete installation on any 911, 964 or 993 street and or race car.
** This system does not provide the same amount of heat as the factory heat exchangers, even though it is the "with heat" version.
