A clutch that is engaged/disengaged via hydraulic fluid instead of a cable uses a Clutch Master and Clutch Slave Cylinder. When depressing the clutch pedal a lever is squeezed, forcing hydraulic fluid through hydraulic lines to a "slave cylinder" which houses a piston. The piston forces a push rod to engage or disengage the clutch. A clutch master cylinder that contains the hydraulic fluid sits on a support har near the clutch lever. When either the Master or Slave Cylinder fail the clutch is unable to be disengaged.

Molub-Alloy Paste White T – High Performance Assembly & Anti-Fretting Paste
Molub-Alloy Paste White T is a premium high-performance assembly paste designed to provide exceptional protection against fretting corrosion, stick-slip, wear, and seizure in demanding automotive, industrial, and workshop applications.
This white assembly paste applies cleanly and appears almost colourless when spread as a thin layer, making it ideal for precision assembly work where cleanliness and protection are equally important.
Formulated for universal assembly and thin-film lubrication applications, Molub-Alloy Paste White T helps simplify component assembly and future disassembly while protecting contact surfaces against corrosion, vibration-related wear, and moisture ingress.
Its advanced formulation provides excellent resistance to both hot and cold water while delivering long-lasting corrosion protection under harsh operating conditions.
Particularly effective in applications exposed to vibration and frictional movement, the paste helps prevent fretting corrosion and reduces stick-slip behaviour, making it ideal for hydraulic cylinders, open lubrication points, threaded assemblies, sliding surfaces, and mechanical components subject to oscillating movement.
The product also helps eliminate squeaking noises and improves smooth operation in moving assemblies exposed to high loads and thermal stress.
Suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +250°C, Molub-Alloy Paste White T delivers reliable lubrication and anti-corrosion performance across a wide range of workshop, automotive, and engineering environments.
