Information
Akrapovic Evolution Line Titanium Exhaust.
Fits:
Porsche (9YA) Cayenne S / Coupé V6 2.9ltr 2019 - 2020
Porsche (9YA) Cayenne S / Coupé V6 2.9ltr - OPF/GPF 2019 - 2020
This exhaust is constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium and features a central muffler that expands to produce two sets of tailpipes, with a choice of either a titanium or carbon-fibre finish designed to complement the lines of the car. Two valves on either side of the muffler control the airflow and are contained in valve housings cast in the Akrapovič in-house foundry. The Evolution Line (Titanium) will reduce overall vehicle weight while delivering extra power and torque through the whole rev range. With a specially developed and tuned sound, the system delivers a very high-frequency and sporty tone, especially when the car is in the higher rev range. In the normal mode, the sound is quiet and ideal for town driving and cruising, but it still has the unmistakable Akrapovič feel. This is achieved through a carefully designed X-crossing element in the link pipes that influences the sound. This allows the exhaust gases to mix from both sides of the engine, placing the resulting combination on par with a finely tuned musical instrument and creating incredible high-frequency overtones as the revs rise, all without any compromise to aural clarity and comfort.
An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which will increase the aural pleasure at lower revs and further supplement the sound as the revs rise, adding a thrill to the launch of the car from a standstill. Installation is plug & play, with no need to remap the ECU.
*** Mandatory Extra Part Required ***
Tail pipe set (Titanium) - Product Code: TP-T/S/23
or
Tail pipe set (Carbon) - Product Code: TP-CT/53
An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which will increase the aural pleasure at lower revs and further supplement the sound as the revs rise, adding a thrill to the launch of the car from a standstill. RACETRACK USE ONLY
These components are designed and developed for racetrack use and to maximise the car's performance. They are not street legal and must be installed by professionals in the sector
ECU REMAPPING - FOR PERFORMANCE
On turbo cars, catalytic converter replacement may modify turbocharger operating conditions and cause a deterioration of the torque delivery curve. To ensure full benefit from the new racing component, the engine's ECU must be reprogrammed to maximise performance. If the engine warning light comes on, the ECU must always be reprogrammed to eliminate it
SOUND - + RUMORE
The + Rumore variant delivers the original Tubi Sound timbre but with the highest possible volume
VALVETRONIC SYSTEM - EXCU VALVETRONIC

SYSTEM FINISH - POLISHED
Mirror finishes are highly reflective and created by polishing the stainless steel. The polishing process enhances appearance and consistency, making cleaning easier. Race catalytic converters have fewer cells than standard factory systems. This reduces exhaust back pressure while still maintaining the operation of the catalytic converter, and improves performance and sound
EXHAUST VALVE - ELECTRIC
The exhaust system is complete with electric valve. The electric actuator is not included and the standard actuator already installed on the car must be used. Control of the original valve is still provided
HEAT SHIELDING - INSULATED
Tubi Style ensures maximum protection for components in critical and dangerous positions by using insulation made with the same technology employed by car manufacturers
Please note: sports catalytic converters or bypass pipes do have type approval and may not be legally installed on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001. They can not be used on a public road and are not MOT compliant, they are designed for race and track cars only.
