This complete air conditioning (A/C) service kit is a comprehensive set of HVAC parts engineered to refresh or restore the climate control system on your Porsche 993. It combines key components - the OE Match evaporator core, A/C blower motors, pollen (cabin) filter, expansion valve, and essential O-ring seals - giving you everything needed for professional-grade A/C performance and leak-free refrigerant flow.

This set brings together core HVAC elements required for an efficient and reliable air conditioning system. At the centre is the OE Match A/C evaporator , the heat-exchange core that cools incoming air by removing heat from the refrigerant before it enters the cabin. Complementing it are two OE Match A/C blower motors that push air through the system, and a high-quality pollen filter that traps dust, pollen, and other airborne particles for cleaner cabin air.
The kit also includes the A/C expansion valve - a critical refrigerant metering device - along with appropriate O-ring seals to ensure tight, leak-free connections throughout the refrigerant circuit.

Function
The A/C evaporator (96457390100) cools cabin airflow by absorbing heat from the incoming air via refrigerant circulation, delivering cold, comfortable air inside the vehicle.
The blower motors (96457201501 & 96457201601) generate and control airflow through the ducts and across the evaporator, ensuring you feel cool air at the vents when the A/C system is on.
The pollen (cabin) filter (99357247900) helps clean the air drawn into the cabin by removing contaminants and allergens, improving air quality and passenger comfort.
The expansion valve (92857312305) precisely meters refrigerant entering the evaporator, controlling pressure and cooling efficiency. Without proper metering, the A/C system can under-cool or freeze up.
The O-ring seals (99970743441 & 99970725141) ensure all refrigerant joints are sealed tightly, preventing loss of refrigerant and maintaining system pressure for effective cooling.
Air conditioning components degrade over time due to heat cycling, moisture exposure, and refrigerant pressure changes. A worn or failing evaporator can leak refrigerant or lose cooling capacity.
