Caratteristiche "Forato" :
I dischi dei freni forati assorbono il calore di frenata emergente più velocemente rispetto ai dischi non forati a causa dell'elevata ventilazione sulla maggiore superficie di radiazione.
I dischi freno originali vengono sostituiti con i dischi freno ad alte prestazioni "o-brake.com" HTCIC mediante un semplice montaggio "plug and play", che siamo lieti di offrire e che è disponibile in qualsiasi officina specializzata. Rispetto ai tradizionali dischi freno in ghisa grigia, il materiale altamente resistente HTCIC (High Tech Cast Iron Carbon) è rivoluzionario, anche i dischi freno in ceramica sono superati (le qualità di risposta sono presenti sia a freddo che a caldo). Ulteriori vantaggi essenziali sono: livello di dissolvenza estremamente elevato, massima stabilità termica possibile, modulazione precisa e prezzo accessibile. Tutti i nostri componenti per freni ad alte prestazioni sono compatibili con le caratteristiche di sicurezza della tua auto come ABS, ESP, PSM, ecc.

Il disco freno Girodisc è un sostituto diretto dei dischi originali e offre significativi vantaggi in termini di prestazioni. I dischi sono compatibili con tutte le pastiglie attualmente utilizzate su queste auto.

Prestazioni di frenata: il rotore è un design in due pezzi sviluppato nelle corse per produrre un rotore leggero in grado di compensare i diversi tassi di espansione tra il cappello e il rotore ed eliminare la possibilità di deformazione del rotore.
Il rotore e il cappello sono dotati di un sistema di montaggio flottante, che utilizza 10 perni di trasmissione in lega di acciaio ad alta resistenza, consentendo il galleggiamento assiale e radiale.
Più dissipatore di calore senza penalizzare il peso: il set di dischi Girodisc pesa leggermente meno del sistema originale, ma con un vantaggio importante. I rotori hanno un diametro maggiore. Ciò significa che il peso è stato trasferito dal disco centrale, dove non influisce, al diametro esterno, dove assorbe e disperde attivamente il calore.
Materiali di alta qualità: il sistema Girodisc utilizza solo materiali e componenti di altissima qualità. I rotori sono in ghisa ad alto contenuto di carbonio per una lunga durata e prestazioni termiche stabili. La sezione del cappello superiore è ricavata dal pieno in alluminio con un'elegante finitura anodizzata.
