6 × Genuine Porsche bolt plates (95534919121)
This all-in-one kit is designed to replace the front driveshaft assembly in Porsche Cayenne AWD systems. It combines a high-quality OE Match cardan shaft with 12 genuine Porsche bolts and 6 genuine Porsche bolt plates, ensuring a complete and correct installation without reusing worn hardware.
The front prop shaft connects the transmission/transfer case to the front differential, playing a key role in delivering power to the front wheels. Manufactured to OE specifications, the shaft is dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and engineered to withstand high torque loads.
Including genuine Porsche mounting hardware ensures proper clamping force, alignment, and long-term reliability - critical for drivetrain components operating under constant stress.
This kit restores full AWD functionality by enabling smooth and efficient power transfer to the front axle. The included hardware ensures the driveshaft is securely mounted, maintaining correct alignment and preventing loosening over time.
Replacing both the shaft and fixings together eliminates common sources of vibration and drivetrain noise.
Function
• Transfers torque from transmission to front differential
• Supports AWD traction and stability
• Ensures secure mounting with OE-spec hardware
• Maintains smooth, vibration-free drivetrain operation
This complete assembly is essential for safe and efficient drivetrain performance.
Front cardan shafts and their mounting hardware are subject to continuous rotational stress and torque loads. Over time, wear or fatigue can lead to vibration, knocking, or even drivetrain failure.
Replacing the shaft together with new genuine bolts and plates ensures proper installation, restores smooth operation, and protects critical components such as the transfer case and differential.
When to replace
• Vibration under acceleration or at speed
• Knocking or clunking from front drivetrain
• Worn or damaged driveshaft
• Stretched, corroded, or reused bolts
• During drivetrain or transfer case repairs
