About Eventuri

Eventuri for Porsche

Eventuri was founded by a team of engineers and enthusiasts with a background in Aeronautics and tuning – all sharing a passion for cars and performance. After owning various intakes over many years for our own cars and being disappointed with the gains which seldom lived up to their claims – we decided to take things into our own hands and rewrite the book. To set a new benchmark in intake design and technology, above all – to engineer Porsche systems which provide real gains and then to publish genuine figures.

A Quick Look at Eventuri

Eventuri information on this page is based on details supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, plus any OE references provided with the parts.

Choosing the Right Fit for Your Porsche

Where Eventuri is listed for Porsche, use the supplied model coverage and OE references to confirm suitability. Check details that commonly affect fitment such as model year, side/position, and connector type where relevant.

  • Typical reasons to choose these parts include intake upgrades for improved airflow and response, sharper throttle feel, and a more engaging induction sound on tuned or fast-road Porsche models.
  • Common issues around this type of upgrade include heat soak leading to inconsistent response, intake leaks from loose clamps, and check lights or drivability problems if airflow measurement is disturbed.
  • Before and after installation, check for stable idle, absence of air leaks, and sensible intake temperatures; keep filters clean and ensure all clamps, brackets, and heat shielding are secure.
  • For tuning work, ensure the Porsche engine is mechanically healthy first and confirm there are no boost or vacuum leaks, sensor faults, or overheating before making calibration changes.

Browse by Category

If you already know the area you are working on, start with the category and then filter by Porsche model. Where real-world symptoms and typical reasons to replace are provided, use them to keep the wording grounded.

Engine Tuning — Engine tuning parts associated with Eventuri are generally used where Porsche owners want to refine drivability, support other hardware changes, or get the most from intake and airflow upgrades. Typical triggers include flat spots, hesitation, inconsistent boost, or the need to recalibrate after significant hardware changes.

  • Before any tuning changes, confirm good compression/leak-down results, healthy fueling and sensor data, and that there are no boost or vacuum leaks on the engine.
  • Avoid aggressive calibration on a Porsche without supporting hardware and cooling/oiling upgrades, as this can reduce long-term reliability.

Air Induction Kits — Eventuri air induction kits for Porsche are designed to optimise intake flow and response, often with a more direct induction sound. Owners usually upgrade from standard airboxes to reduce restriction, improve throttle response, or as part of a broader tuning package, provided heat management and sensor placement are carefully maintained.

  • Watch for symptoms such as loss of performance, uneven idle, whistling from air leaks, or new fault codes after installation, as these can point to sealing or airflow measurement problems.
  • Take care to shield the intake from hot engine-bay air, maintain correct MAF/MAP sensor positioning, and periodically inspect filters, pipework, and mounts for wear or damage.
